This one really annoys me because their website, viltis.eu plays music. From the whois info for viltis.eu it appears to be someone in Dublin running the site:
Tags: Not A Charity, viltis.euName Stasilaitis Haroldas
Organisation Haroldas Stasilaitis
Language English
Address: Gortlandroe, 63C Carrig Rua, 22222 Nenagh, Ireland. (Looks fake to me)
Phone: +353-868906687
Email: viltis@haroldas.com (unfortunately the contact info for this domain are hidden)

Hi,
I live in the Portobello/S.C.R. area of Dublin and we get 1 to 2 of those flyers a week - second-life@mail.org and clothescollection@gmail.com seem to be the most common outfits here.
I collect them as they are handy for removing lint off coats.
They unfortunately have stopped giving me refuse sacks for my rubbish, as “WE DO NOT ENCLOSED A BAG BBECAUSE THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN AND PETS CAN BE PUT AT RISK”.
I know that for genuine charities who collect, the Irish Charity Shops Associations print a logo to identify them of a clothes hanger with ICSA written insde - http://www.icsa.ie/icsa/Main/Home.htm. A recent fake charity flyer used a clothes hanger with a towel draped on it as a logo.
Advice from the ICSA on which flyers to trust; http://www.icsa.ie/icsa/Main/Door2Door-Collections.htm
A friend checked out the company registration info for two of those for which he could get details (company no. rather than registered charity no. hmmm) - one was registered on cro.ie as a waste collection organization, the other company no had a different name, and it was dissolved in 2005.
I have a collection of these flyers from the last 2 years - email me and I can pop them in the post to you.
Well done, btw, for making the effort and fighting the good fight!
Thanks M for offering to send the flyers, but as it is I don’t have much time to make these posts and I’d be drowned by 2 years worth of them!
I do update when I get flyers in the door though
put a rotten fish into a bag of soft rubbish, if everybody did this it would not be long stopping these thiefs
ringing +353-868906687 the number is answered by some “nice eastern european” voiced “gentleman”..so that number is valid.
well done on doing something about this. i had thought of making a site, and doing some research on the CRO and UK Companies House lists, but yours is doing well.

My girlfriend is Lithuanian and I have visited there many times. I have first hand experience in witnessing one of these so called “charity” shop owners who was turning up to work each day in a black “HUMMER”. This scam has to stop now! well done to everyone in their efforts.
