I got a pink sticker for third world aid clothing appeal in dublin it has a differant phone number on it than that one and it does not have a charity number on it. Wonder is it the same people. Also wonder about secondhandrose there is a website address but it does not show up. Looked up the donotdelay sticker as it claims to help research breast cancer in Lithuania ( I suffered from this three years ago) it is a legit charity so their website says anyway.
